Living
Homestays

As a grassroots organization, local families participate actively in our programs. Our Peruvian families enjoy opening their homes to volunteers from overseas. Volunteers are accommodated in a single or double bedroom according to availability with a shared and clean bathroom with hot showers. As a guest you will have plenty of opportunities to practice your conversation and comprehension skills with the family. In addition, you will observe and participate in everyday Peruvian life and culture.

Homestay Benefits

* Provides a safe, warm and friendly environment for volunteers.
* Gives volunteers and local families an excellent opportunity to learn about their culture and lifestyle.
* Improves volunteers' Spanish language skills.
* Family activities help students adjust to living in Peru and their experience of the Peruvian lifestyle will be more enjoyable.
